Swimming Pools Built Around your family
At Horizon Pools, we do something most Melbourne pool builders can’t. We design and construct both fibreglass and concrete pools, with genuine expertise in each. So when you come to us, we’re not steering you toward one option because it’s the only thing we offer. We’re helping you find the pool that suits your home, your block and the way your family actually lives.
Over 30 years and more than 6,000 pools later, that honest, consultative approach hasn’t changed.
The Easy Path to the Good Life
Fibreglass swimming pools have become a favourite among Melbourne families for good reason. They are fast to install, gentle on the skin, and easy to maintain. At Horizon Pools, we partner exclusively with Aqua Technics, an Australian manufacturer with nearly 50 years of innovation and the most awarded fibreglass swimming pool range in the country. Every pool is designed and made right here in Australia, so you’re getting a product built for our climate, our conditions, and our way of life.
Our fibreglass pool range features advanced ColourGuard® technology, which resists the effects of UV rays and chemicals, offering advanced colour retention for years to come. Combined with Graphene-enhanced structural strength that makes these pools up to 30% stronger than competing brands, you get lasting durability without compromising on style. Whether you are after a sleek lap pool, a family-friendly design, or a compact plunge option, our collection has something to suit.
The Ultimate expression of home
For homeowners seeking complete design freedom, our custom concrete swimming pools offer endless possibilities. With an experienced team and over 30 years in the industry, Horizon Pools delivers bespoke concrete swimmimg pool designs across Melbourne, Bayside, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Macedon Ranges.
We specialise in challenging sites, architectural integration, and premium features like infinity edges, glass panels, and integrated spas, working closely with architects and designers to bring your vision to life. Every pool is engineered and built with precision, backed by the same commitment to quality and honest guidance that defines everything we do.
We design and build custom concrete family pools across Melbourne that balance fun, safety, and style. With complete design freedom, we can include the features that matter to your family and create a pool that grows with you over the years.
A small backyard doesn’t mean you have to miss out on a pool. With clever design and the flexibility of concrete construction, we can create a pool that fits your space perfectly, no matter how tight the footprint.
An infinity edge pool creates a stunning effect where the water appears to merge with the horizon. If your property has a view, whether it’s a valley, cityscape, or ocean, an infinity edge can frame it beautifully.
If your pool is looking tired, a renovation can bring it back to life. Whether it’s a resurface, new tiles, updated equipment, or added features, we can help you get more from your existing pool without starting from scratch.
Projects
Every pool we build tells a story, shaped by the home it belongs to and the family who will enjoy it. Our project gallery showcases a range of fibreglass and concrete pools across Melbourne, Bayside, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Macedon Ranges from elegant courtyard plunge pools to expansive family retreats.
Each project reflects our commitment to design quality, precision construction, and pools that genuinely elevate the homes and lifestyles they serve. Whether you are a homeowner, renovator, or architect, these case studies offer a glimpse into what is possible when experience meets attention to detail.

Why Homeowners Choose Horizon Pools
Choosing a pool builder is a big decision, and we understand the importance of getting it right. Homeowners across Melbourne, Bayside, Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast & Macedon Ranges choose Horizon Pools because we offer something genuinely different: honest guidance, dual expertise in both fibreglass and concrete, and a skilled team that sees your project through from start to finish. We do not subcontract critical work, and we do not push you toward one option when another would serve you better. Our focus is always on what is right for your home, your site, and your lifestyle.
Unlike builders who only offer one pool type, we have equal expertise in both fibreglass and concrete. That means our advice is genuinely unbiased, helping you understand the benefits and trade-offs of each option so you can make the best choice for your situation.
We design pools around how you actually want to live, whether that means a place for the kids to play, a quiet spot to unwind, or a lap lane for daily exercise. Every pool we build is engineered for longevity, using premium materials and proven techniques.
Every stage of your build, from excavation to finishing touches, is handled by an experienced team working to a single standard. This consistency gives us control over quality and timing, so the results stay reliable throughout your project. A dedicated project manager oversees the build and keeps you in the loop, meaning you’ll always know what’s happening on site and what comes next.
Sloping blocks, limited access, rock, or tricky soil conditions? We have seen it all. Our extensive experience and problem-solving know-how mean we can tackle sites that other builders might shy away from, delivering great results even in challenging circumstances.
THE LIFESTYLE YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR
The measure of our work is how our clients feel once their pool is complete. Time and again, families tell us about the ease of the process, the professionalism of our team, and the joy of finally having a space that brings everyone together. Read what recent clients have to say about their experience with Horizon Pools.
