Horizon Pools was founded by Daniel Cutugno – a second-generation pool builder. After learning the trade from his father, Daniel began building pools as a teenager. He became a registered pool builder, learnt from industry leaders, and soaked up every drop of knowledge related to pool building. He founded Horizon Pools with a mission to make pool building easy, enjoyable and affordable for families across Melbourne, Geelong, the Surfcoast and Bellarine Peninsula.
