Working with Horizon Pools on our Saint-Remy 8x4 pool was an excellent experience particularly as first time pool owners.

Throughout the build, Catherine, Daniel, Allan and the team were exceptional - always polite, understanding, and quick to answer all of our questions, making us feel very comfortable. We also faced a few design challenges which were efficiently resolved.

Horizon collaborated effectively with our landscape designers, resulting in a beautiful and modern pool design that perfectly suits our outdoor space. We are absolutely loving the pool.

We highly recommend Horizon Pools for your next pool. Thanks Horizon !!

You made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

The team at Horizon pools were direct in pricing and details on the first inquiry. A meeting was then arranged with Catherine and Daniel. We left that meeting feeling great, they were very accommodating on what we wanted and had some great ideas to work within our confines of easements etc.
The whole process was explained thoroughly and Catherine was always available to answer any questions. Daniel was on site several times to offer advice and check in. Main delays were due to weather and the fact the I chose to carry out all the tiling/ fencing etc myself.
Fast forward and with help from Alan our pool is up and running with pump, heater chemicals, and cleaner etc.
We love it, the kids especially and it gets used everyday.
I would encourage anyone wanting to build a pool to engage a good landscape designer to assist with a clear picture and costs as this is the part where things can start to blow out.
Council approvals for building over easements etc can be time consuming and difficult to navigate so allow time to get this sorted.
We would highly recommend Daniel, Catherine, Alan and The Horizon Pools team to build your dream pool.
Thank you all 😊

We have recently completed our fibreglass pool with Horizon and have nothing but praise for them. The pool itself is great and the service received was fantastic. Catherine and her team were on hand every step of the way to deal with my never ending questions and were very patient and helpful. Special shout out to Alan too, who always managed to appear when we needed him most!
I would highly recommend Horizon to anyone looking for a new pool.

Horizon Pools are a great option to consider if you are installing a pool. I can't say enough good things about the Team. From our first discussion with Catherine, then going to the office to discuss options, everyone was friendly and prepared to take the time to go through everything. Our pool was installed as a "sleeper", so it was installed, filled then covered until the house was completed. Throughout the build, Horizon were in constant communication, asking for updates and adjusting schedules accordingly. Final handover was great, equipment use was explained thoroughly along with some youtube videos just in case you forget how to do it. I highly recommend Horizon Pools.

There are no words to describe the appreciation and thanks we have for Daniel and his team for the beautifully designed and executed pool that they have created for our home.
With a seemingly large suburban backyard Daniel had the task to design a pool for the kids to play and bomb in and a spa for the adults to relax in; an area for adult non swimmers to feel comfortable in the pool whilst incorporating room for an existing large trampoline, outdoor dining, an adventurous, much loved dog, skewed boundary fences and easements; not so easy when you list all of this off!
All we can say is his design beautifully met this challenge and the ease that he translates his design to us was amazing, no question was left unanswered, and we felt at ease immediately. With subtle design feature curves, an internal spa that is a relaxation zone for the adults and a plunge pool for the kids on chilled evenings. Entry steps with a widened second step which doubles as a sun lounge area for those not keen to swim; these steps then lead onto a beautiful swimming area. The pool is balanced by grassed and entertainment areas so that all members of the family 2 or 4 legged can enjoy time outside of the pool also.
Thank you Daniel and your team from not only myself and my children but from my extended family too; we cannot remember our backyard without the pool and your contribution to our lives have created many lasting memories.

A breath of fresh air when navigating unfamiliar territory! Their team is so passionate and is knowledgeable. They upgraded my pool equipment and technology at a very reasonable price. They did the works quickly and without fuss. I noticed results within 24 hours, with user-friendly functionality, a tidy pool equipment area, and clearer pool water. Would not hesitate to recommend and will now be my 'go to' for all my pool needs.

We had our pool installed by Horizon pools in February. They were very professional, easy to deal with and we are very happy overall with the construction process. I love that everything was included in the quote so there was no surprises along the way and the high quality of the pool equipment installed has made our lives very easy.
Thanks to all the team at Horizon pools

Had our pool installed for about a year now and extremely happy with the result. Office and construction staff were all professional and helpful the whole way though the process and always kept up to date even during Melbournes continual lockdowns.
